Pirate Chicken

Pirate Chicken is an ideation and rendering pass for a character from my partner's novel world, where a chicken and a squirrel are caught up in a pirate-themed adventure.

I started from illustrated references and developed the character into a 3D model that could carry the strange, funny tone of the story while also being ready for interactive AR tests.

Character ideation and render progression

The Pirate Chicken moved from Dasha's illustrated idea, through character reference, into a rendered 3D character that could be used for AR and physical scan tests.

First mission prototype

The character begins in Idle. A tap plays Cut. A swipe plays Block. After three Cut actions, the Win ending plays and then settles into a Talk loop.

This is set up as a small interaction layer so the page can grow into a short mission description beside the character.
